The Roemer Machine Advantage
Since our beginning, Roemer Machine has been committed to providing its customers with the highest quality centrifuge parts and repairs. Our dedication to producing highly crafted, quality machines paired with our knowledge, experience, and outstanding customer service is what has led us to be the industry leader in centrifuge repairs and rebuilds
Pete Roemer established Roemer Machine in 1940 out of his love for highly crafted, quality machines. Soon after opening, Pete brought in Tony Tarchinksi, a friend who he had worked with previously at the Rock Island Arsenal, and appointed him to serve as the shop foreman. Together, they built a machine shop with a reputation for quality work and excellent service.
It was not until 1970, when Roemer Machine handled its first centrifuge repair and, as they say, the rest is history. From that point on, the preference for Roemer’s quality, service, and commitment to building better machines cemented our place in the centrifuge industry.
Today, the company is owned and operated by Tony Tarchinski’s grandsons, A.J. and Scott, who continue to work to perfect the process of repairing and rebuilding centrifuges based on the industry standards and procedures that were pioneered by their grandfather.
