Why we’re different

As part of Roemer's attention to detail, we document the repair and rebuilding process. Our standard disassembly includes a forensic review of the machine’s condition as received. We note every visible sign that might provide a clue to conditions that could result in less than optimal performance. In addition to this intensive review, we:

  • Completely disassemble, clean and inspect every component
  • Measure all critical parts, checking for indicator run out and conformance to manufacturer specifications
  • Hard-chrome and grind (to size) bearing and seal diameters
  • Use only the highest quality materials and parts

Once component repairs are complete, every centrifuge is pre-assembled to check for TIR and dynamically balanced to G 2.5 Balance Quality Grade. Only then do we fully assemble, using all new bearings, seals and o-rings. We check proper conveyor draw and clearance, pillow block bearings alignment, casing and LID clearances and feed tube alignment.

Roemer’s unique role in the industry is the result of our efforts to set new standards for quality and performance.

When it comes to centrifuges, the best way to explain the range of services we offer is, well, pretty much everything.

Client Testimonials

  • img Your facility is staffed with some highly skilled individuals to produce the quality and long lasting name you have earned. I wish to only help this following with field service if at all possible. img

    Cory Peterson – Mechanical Solutions

  • img Thanks so much for the great work you have done on this gear box issue. Much appreciated. Everything has run very quietly and smoothly on all of the machines so far. img

    Larell Palmer – Consultant Engineer

  • img I did want to thank you for your work on our machine. We have not had a machine run this well since we started up our little pilot/semi-works plant over 4 years ago. You guys really did a phenomenal job getting the machine repaired and returned to us. I want to thank you again. img

    Kevin Sparks

  • img Thanks for helping us out and give Bill a big thanks for us too. Lots of driving for not much on site work but we have never had the solids end off before. Good for us to see. img

Scott Tostenson – Maintenance Mgr at Chippewa Valley Ethanol Co.

  • img Roemer is the shop I selected for the meat room Sharples unit. I could stand a nickel on its edge while the machine was running the first time we turned it on when we got it back. img
