Some of the repair procedures and specifications we pioneered, are today's industry standards.

Each centrifuge we repair is 100% disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Nothing is left to chance or "Looks OK". All parts are measured and checked for total indicator run out, to be sure, everything is within factory spec's. Hub, bearing and seal repairs will be hard chromed and ground. It takes longer and costs more, but it is hte best repair procedure. We use only the highest quality materials. We use only OEM seals and any replacement parts are top quality (tested and certified centrifugical castings.)

All major components are pre-assembled, indicator checked for run out and dynamically balanced to .20 of one mil out of balance. Then the centrifuge is assembled with new bearings, seals and 0-rings. We check proper conveyor draw and clearances, pillow block bearings alignment (under .002 T I R), gear box run out (under .002), casing and LID clearances and feed tube alignment.

We also do complete gear box and lube system rebuilds and start up service on centrifuges we rebuild.
